What You’ll Do:
- Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
- Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
- Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
- Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting
- Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
- Willingness to perform follow-up calls to patients after care is provided.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
What You’ll Need:
- Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients
- Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
- Active CO State Dispensing license or eligible for licensure
- Patient-centered approach with great listening skills and passion to serve all patients regardless of economic status
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
- Desire to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of professionals
- Flexible and adaptable; open to change and feedback
What We Offer:
- Base Salary: $65,000 based on experience. Potential for commission after first year of employment.
