North Fulton ENT , an established hearing healthcare private practice located in Roswell, GA is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Certified Medical Assistant to add to our team. The candidate must be personable with excellent communication and organizational skills. We have been helping patients in our community since 1989 and we are passionate about providing both the best ENT and Audio healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible
This position will require travel to our Cumming office Monday and Tuesday’s. This position is also required to work into the evenings Tuesday – Friday’s.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Rooming and Triaging Patients for MD
- Take, record, and report patient vital signs using medical equipment.
- Keep rooms stocked with necessary supplies
- Clean and autoclave instruments
- Completing PA’s for patients
- Schedule incoming patient referrals / send out patient referrals following office visits.
- Effectively handle patient calls and inquiries.
- Calling back patients
- Calling in Rx’s
- Perform other duties as required to support the office.
