We are seeking an organized, positive, providing great customer service front office professional who is passionate about helping people and interested in developing a career and helping our patients hear better. We offer cutting edge technology and a patient-centered focus for our patients! We are seeking a 25 hour a week position, hours are mostly between 8:45-4PM. Some flexibility to be available to work 1 day a week, 10AM-6PM and possibly 1 Saturday a month (9AM-1PM).
We want you to bring your passion, skills, and drive to help patients while creating “wow” experiences at every visit!
Schedule/ location: East Windsor/Pennington, NJ- Flexibility during the hours mentioned above.
What You Will Do:
- Greet patients professionally face-to-face as well as on the phone.
- Schedule appointments.
- Check patients in and out, collecting payments as needed.
- Administrative office duties.
- Contact patients to get them back into the office.
What You Will Need:
- Good computer skills
- Prior Medical Office experience is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and handle pressure well.
- Organizational skills a must!
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Team player; willing to go above and beyond.
- Great customer service experience; positive attitude.
- Adaptable to change.
