Position Summary

The Healthcare Solutions Architect will play a consultative role in designing & implementing advanced healthcare solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers through our specialty sales product line. This position requires an understanding of healthcare operations, medical technologies, & the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions to our customers to make an impact on patient outcomes & access.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Solution Design : Develop and design comprehensive healthcare customer solutions that align with the customer's strategic goals.
Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the healthcare solution lifecycle.
Collaboration : Work closely with sales, partners, and development teams to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions in a healthcare setting.
Integration : Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems and workflows.
Innovation : Stay current with healthcare industry trends and emerging healthcare technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge within healthcare clinical operations.
Customer Engagement : Partner with customers and sales to engage customers, gather feedback, address technical concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the delivered solutions. Assist with Customer Business Review process.
Must be willing to travel extensively (75% or more) to cover territory
Required to remain drug free and abide by the Drug Free Workplace policy.
Required to maintain DMV (motor vehicle) record as described in the company's Fleet policy.
Required to adhere to hospital credentialing requirements including but not limited to annual immunization, drug screening, background checks, etc. as dictated by sited Joint Commission policy.

What We're Looking for in a Candidate

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related healthcare operations or hospital administration role. Health care imaging administration or sales experience preferred.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage with cross functional teams.

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

Team Player : Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
