Some of the responsibilities for our Area Facility Maintenance Technician include (but are not limited to) :
Painting, Minor Flooring/Tile repair, Minor Drywall, Other misc. Repairs, Some Heavy Lifting Required
Candidate must:
- Perform all duties assigned by the supervision and follow instructions to ensure safety
- Prepare and carry materials, tools, and supplies from trucks to the job site so they are ready for the day
- Complete projects as assigned and assist the supervisor in handyman projects
- Clean up the job site at the end of the day, ensure all equipment is properly secure for the night.
- Be Reliable, Punctual, Dependable, Respectful with advanced organizational skills
- Have a Strong Work Ethic and Rigorous Attention to Detail
- Have an Aptitude for Problem-Solving
- Ability to work with Hardware Tools and in all weather conditions
- Able to work independently or as an active member of a team and possess a willingness to learn
- Ability to complete work on time and on budget with minimal supervision
Qualifications for our Area Facility Maintenance Technician:
- Reliable transportation
