Objective
Provide personalized, exceptional and enhanced guest service while serving quality food in a clean, friendly, quick service family atmosphere.
Responsible to
Manager on Duty (MOD)
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for overall attendance including shift attendance, time clock procedures, absences etc.
Responsible for excellent guest service by demonstrating initiative, enthusiasm and desire to provide consistent guest service and hospitality, ensuring every guest that chooses Culvers leaves happy.
Responsible for personal appearance by demonstrating proper personal hygiene and appearance as outlined in the Team Member Handbook.
Maintains good interpersonal relationships by demonstrating the ability to cooperate, communicate, and be respectful of management and other team members. Team Member displays a positive attitude at all times.
Responsible for productivity by completing a significant volume of work in a specified period of time.
Displays good judgment by demonstrating proper logic in decision-making skills when necessary.
Responsible for job quality by keeping work and workstation consistently accurate, thorough and neat.
Responsible for displaying job skills by understanding and demonstrating knowledge required on the job with a sense of urgency.
Responsible for dependability by completing tasks with little or no supervision.
Responsible for adhering to policies by following all safety, sanitation and conduct rules and adhering to all company policies in Team Member Handbook.
