ABOUT THE POSITION
Work Schedule & Location: This is a full-time position based in Argyle, TX with year-round work. Your schedule will be aligned with the needs of the branch, including attending networking events and working alongside your team to ensure success.
The Role: As a Plumbing Director at CR Plumbing, you focus on leading and developing your team to ensure CR Plumbing delivers top-notch service while meeting revenue goals. You mentor staff, helping them refine their plumbing expertise and customer service skills while ensuring the branch runs efficiently. You recruit and onboard new talent, foster relationships within the community through marketing events, and work closely with leadership to drive growth.
Staying proactive, you analyze estimates, customer interactions, and job performance to identify areas for improvement. With a focus on excellence, you uphold company protocols, reinforce leadership development, and ensure every customer experience is exceptional.
