CR3 American Exteriors is seeking a skilled and dedicated Roofing Repair Technician with experience in both commercial and residential roofing systems. Key Responsibilities Roof Repair & Maintenance

Diagnose and repair roofing issues, including leaks, storm damage, and material wear for both commercial and residential properties.
Work with commercial roofing systems such as :

Low-Slope Systems : EPDM, TPO, PVC, and built-up roofing (BUR).

Metal Roofing : Standing seam, corrugated panels.

Modified Bitumen : Torch-applied and cold-applied systems.

Roof Coatings : Acrylic, silicone, and polyurethane.

Handle residential roofing repairs , including :

Asphalt Shingles : Repair and replacement.

Tile Roofing : Clay and concrete tile restoration.

Metal Roofing : Standing seam and corrugated panel repair.

Wood Shakes : Maintenance and replacement.

Customer-Focused Service

Provide homeowners with honest assessments and cost-effective repair solutions.

Maintain clear communication with customers and ensure their concerns are addressed professionally.

Safety & Compliance

Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols, ensuring a hazard-free work environment.

Use proper protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Work closely with the owner, project managers, and fellow consultants / technicians to complete jobs efficiently.

Maintain a servant-leadership mindset—going above and beyond for the team and customers.

Train and mentor junior roofing technicians when necessary.

Qualifications

Experience : Minimum 2 years of hands-on roofing repair experience in both commercial and residential settings.

Skills & Knowledge :

Strong understanding of roofing materials and repair techniques.

Ability to troubleshoot leaks and structural issues efficiently.

Skilled in using hand and power tools specific to roofing.

Physical Requirements :

Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Certifications :

OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
