About the Role

You will have the opportunity to provide vital support and guidance to our clients on a wide array of challenging turnaround and performance improvement engagements. The ideal candidate for the Manager, Restructuring & Turnaround is a results-oriented professional who can analyze company financial information, develop financial models and lead workstreams within a turnaround or performance improvement engagement. This role requires a willingness to travel 80% and ability to work with imperfect information in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Dallas, Texas.
Your Credentials
- Ability to develop a CR3 standard 13-week cash flow model and forecast cash
- Ability to develop a CR3 standard liquidation model and scenarios
- Understanding of GL structure: income statements and balance sheets and ability to forecast
- Understanding of standard costs/manufacturing variances
- Develop a Creditor Composition Matrix
- Excel skills with ability to build Excel models
- Develop fact-based conclusions based on sound business judgement
- 5-7 years of expertise in the turnaround field or industry middle management
- Advanced degree or certification preferred
- Ability to travel up to 80%
