Job Purpose :

To provide technical leadership and support for the delivery of construction services, ensuring compliance with the current legal framework (Building Safety Act, Fire Safety, and Leaseholder legislation). The role involves managing project teams, overseeing tendering processes, and ensuring effective performance monitoring and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Leadership :   Act as the technical lead for the project, providing advice and support for the delivery of services in the context of construction.
• Project Team Management :   Identify and assemble a project team.

Tender Preparation :   Ensure tasks are completed to prepare for tendering using internal and external resources, including :
