Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Server to join our growing team in a new vibrant location! Add your energy to a positive, fun and fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages while providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Let your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere invite our guests to experience your hospitality and expertise in mixology! Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant/bar area, ensuring all tables, tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
- Engage with guests, take orders, make recommendations, and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments, managing tables & tabs.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist in setting up for special events or banquets, including preparing drink stations and serving guests as needed.
- MUST WORK AT LEAST 2 SUNDAYS OUT OF THE MONTH.
Skills
- Great Energy and Attitude (ABOVE ALL)
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with TOAST POS system for efficient order processing preferred.
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Terrific work ethic and attitudes rewarded.
- Cash handling experience to ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Understanding of food safety practices to maintain a safe working environment.
