Shift Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Train, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.
• Manage customer interactions, addressing concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the establishment.
• Assist in food preparation and bartending as needed, demonstrating versatility across various roles.
• Utilize POS systems for order processing, inventory management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with management to implement strategies that improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar leadership role is preferred.
• Strong background in fine dining or catering environments is a plus.
• Experience in quick service fast food restaurants is also beneficial.
• Proficiency in staff training techniques and customer service excellence.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and bartending skills is desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 14 per week
