Seasonal Flower Crew Member

Primary Responsibilities :
- Safely drive the company truck to our customers’ properties. (If a driver position)
- Removal of all old plant material from landscape beds – following plans for what to remove / leave
- Operation of a power tiller, as needed
- Operation of essential lawn tools to prepare landscape beds – Shovel, Rake, Pitch Fork, etc.
- Trench, till, and rake beds for planting preparation
- Arrange and plant flowers and bushes according to the design plan or company best practices if no design is available
- Install Mulch in completed beds, per the guidelines provided
- Water-installed plants and bushes with liquid fertilizer
- Prepare the inventory and loading truck daily and ensure proper materials are loaded.
- Follow all safety requirements, including safe handling of pesticides per the product labels.
- Meet specified production goals.
- Good communication skills with team members
- Perform essential services such as applying fertilizer and soil amendments, as per instructions (e.g., Regal, granular and liquid fertilizer, lime, pre-emergent, fungicide, etc.)
