Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and new products to enhance the guest experience.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
