We are looking for Bussers for Crabtree Kitchen Bar in Poulsbo. Bussers are responsible for the presentation and grooming of the entire restaurant. It can be a challenging job at times, which is why we need people with the right skillsets. People who enjoy fast-paced work environments, have stellar people skills, and are highly organized and detail oriented. Those who can be versatile and able to assist guests by answering questions, as well as providing additional support for the restaurant as it is needed. The ideal candidate for this role will be self-motivated and adaptable.

Full time employees are eligible for Health Insurance. We also offer cross-training with ChocMo Chocolatier and Café & High Spirits Liquor Store, both located just downstairs from the restaurant, if you are enthusiastic about learning more of the Food and Beverage industry. Responsibilities are but not limited to :

• Present yourself as friendly, personable and approachable to each guest
• Greet each guest and make them feel at home in our restaurants
• Buss and clean tables
• Reset tables properly and efficiently
• Deliver food to the appropriate tables
• Must be fast on your feet
• Follow directions well
