Job Overview:
As a Game Master, you'll play a crucial role by guiding players through thrilling experiences, ensuring they have a blast, and providing hints when needed. You'll help set up the game environment, monitor the action, and reset the room after each group. This is more than a job—it's a chance to work in a fun, fast-paced, and dynamic environment where creativity and customer service are key!
You will work approximately 10 - 12 HOURS PER WEEK, with hours between 1 PM to 8 PM EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. Hours and days are NON-NEGOTIABLE. Additional hours may become available in the future. Days and hours will fluctuate some during training.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide a warm, enthusiastic welcome.
- Learn all company games thoroughly to ensure exceptional gameplay experience.
- Monitor players during their game, offering helpful hints when needed.
- Reset game rooms quickly and accurately to maintain the experience for the next group.
- Deliver excellent customer service to create a positive, lasting impression.
What We’re Looking For:
- PERMANENT weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday between 1 PM to 8 PM) is non-negotiable.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for working with people.
- Maturity, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure flawless game setups and resets.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing personality to keep the energy high for our guests.
- Prior customer service experience is a must.
