Job Title: ASI Developer (COBOL & RPG)
Location: Seattle, WA
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using COBOL, RPG (III/IV/ILE), and CL on IBM iSeries/AS400 systems.
- Work closely with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in legacy systems and ensure system performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing processes, and deployment activities.
- Write technical documentation and maintain version control for programs and system changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ASI solutions with other enterprise systems and platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with COBOL and RPG (RPG III/IV/ILE) development.
- Experience working with ASI (Application System Incorporated) systems or similar enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of IBM iSeries / AS400 system architecture.
- Proficiency in CL (Control Language) scripting and DB2/400.
- Ability to analyze and modify complex code in legacy systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
