Job Title: Fieldglass Implementation Consultant
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Fieldglass, ensuring seamless integration with MS Clarity and IBM Apptio.
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to define integration requirements and project scope.
- Configure Fieldglass workflows, reporting, and data mappings for alignment with Clarity and Apptio.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide resolution strategies.
- Develop best practices, documentation, and training materials for internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies for data sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation and integration.
- Strong knowledge of Fieldglass modules (Contingent Workforce, SOW, Invoicing, etc.).
- Experience with Microsoft Clarity and IBM Apptio integrations.
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware tools.
- Strong understanding of data flow, ETL processes, and integration best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
