Our firm is seeking a qualified professional for the position of HVAC Installer. The successful applicant will be responsible for installing residential heating and cooling systems and maintaining excellent customer service. We are seeking an HVAC Installer with previous experience who can balance these tasks with the needs of our team members. The ideal candidate will enjoy working on a team, have positive communication skills, and be able to focus on details and deliver the standard of quality that separates CrackerJack Air Pros from competitors in the area. Most of our work is retro-install activity in existing homes replacing existing equipment. You will also work more rarely on a new construction job or a light commercial job.

Responsibilities:
- Construct and install heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
- Must be proficient in use of hand tools and power tools.
- Read blueprints or other instructions to determine the layout of a new heating, ventilation or air conditioning system when required.
- Determine the layout of a new heating, ventilation or air conditioning system.
- Install heating, ventilation or air conditioning systems in buildings.
- Ability to follow instruction, code requirements, and aversion to taking shortcuts.
