Overview
Waterstone Pizza, Shoemakers American Grille, and the Craddock Terry Hotel & Event Center have an exciting opportunity for a qualified full-time hourly Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor is responsible to provide oversight and support in day-to-day and special event operations in both restaurants and our Event Center under the direction of the Restaurant Outlet Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Cash management
- Working with customers to provide satisfaction in quality and service
- Problem resolution
- Coordinating work activities for front line staff
- Staff training
- Provide and reinforce policies and procedures of The Craddock Terry Hotel and Cornerstone Hospitality.
- Promote a safe work environment in accordance to Food Safety regulations, SafeServe.
- Providing coaching and counseling to facilitate increased service or productivity
- Assist the Restaurant Outlet Manager and other duties as assigned.
We are looking for a candidate who is a critical thinker, has good attendance, able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; has a positive team-minded attitude, maintains high standards, open to learning and growing, communicates with respect and professionalism to staff, co-workers, customers, vendors, and management; ability to use a computer, and presents themselves in a mature and highly professional manner.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED, strong customer service background, previous food service management or food service experience preferred. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
