Cradle Me Care LLC-Maternal Infant Health Program (MIHP) is seeking a Professional Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse with CMC, you will provide in home support services to Medicaid eligible pregnant women and infants. We service the Lansing area and surrounding counties. This contractual position is great for full time or supplemental income. We are looking for a registered nurse that can see 10 to 20 clients per week. As a contractor your schedule is yours to create with consideration of the clients time and availability. Contractors are paid per assessment or per home-visit provided accompanied with appropriately documented paperwork. Compensation is $40 per visit. Previous MIHP experience is not required but preferred this position. All training is provided.

It is our mission to provide pregnant women and babies with high-quality support services and resources to help make sure both mother and infant have the best possible outcomes.

Professional visit shall last a minimum of thirty (30) minutes to be compensated.

Educational Requirements/Experience Requirements:

All Registered Nurses must possess at a minimum:

  • Current Michigan license as a Registered Nurse by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.
  • At least one year of experience providing Registered Nurse services to families.
  • Experience in the field visiting clients and case management preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist multidisciplinary team in addressing needs of clients.
  • Attend multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Respond to referrals promptly to meet the needs of clients.
  • Complete assessments.
  • Identify the scope of client’s needs for maternal or infant services.
  • Participate in the creation of a plan of care form for each program participant.
  • Provide professional intervention services in homes of clients (when possible) for the specific purpose of implementing the client’s plan of care.
  • Arrange transportation as needed for health, substance abuse treatment, support services, and or pregnancy-related appointments/pediatric related appointments.
  • Refer clients to needed resources including mental health, substance abuse, medical care, pediatric care, etc.
  • Coordinate medical care with medical care providers.
  • Perform discharge on all clients that clinician has serviced .

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 per hour

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
  • Registered Nurse License with the state of michigan (Required)

Willingness to travel:
