SIGN ON BONUS of $500

Responsibilities:
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development
- Provide a safe and supportive space for children to explore and grow
- Use effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and productive learning environment
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support the developmental needs of each child
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing individualized attention and support as needed
- Foster social-emotional development through positive interactions and modeling appropriate behavior
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development

Qualifications:
- High school diploma
-TECE certification or CDA not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children
