Learning Support Specialist
Instructional support for special education staff to support improved specially designed instruction. Partner with educators, families, and communities to provide impactful learning environments and a range of services for students who demonstrate difficulties with learning and/or behavior.
Full job description
Education/Experience
- Master’s degree in education and current holder of, or actively pursuing, an Iowa Master Educator License
- Iowa Board of Educational Examiners license
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more content areas that enhance specially designed instruction for students with disabilities
- Experience supporting special education teachers and programs preferred
