Crafco, Inc. has an opening for a Batch Plant Mix Operator at our facility in Chandler, AZ.
Come join our amazing team! The Mix Operator position is a full time position, first shift, Monday-Friday, at our manufacturing plant. If you enjoy being part of a dynamic team and not sitting in a cubicle all day - look no further! The Mix Operator is responsible for the safe and proper operation of the equipment used to produce Crafco sealer, pothole cold patch, and other products. The Mix Operator will batch, measure, and mix materials to guidelines set forth by the engineering and quality control departments.

Specific Duties:
- Mix various raw materials per batch forms, following all instructions as detailed by sealant engineering
- Ensure accuracy of all weights and measurements
- Manage time for the efficient mixing and operation of the equipment to ensure proper batching times
- Accurate completion of production batch forms, and other paperwork, as needed
- Train other employees in sealer manufacturing, as needed
- Professional cooperation with other departments, employees, customers, and visitors
- Safely operate forklift. Will need to be forklift certified
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be willing to work overtime and various shifts, as needed
- Ability to read and accurately follow written and verbal instructions/directions
- Safety-focused with attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical operations of lifting and/or moving moderate weight items (25 - 60lbs), and occasionally move/carry heavy materials (over 60lbs).
- Work from elevated heights/platforms (10-30 feet) that require climbing stairs and fixed ladders for access.
