Delivery Driver Job Description
Craft New York is a beverage distributor seeking a skilled and reliable Class B CDL Driver to join our team. As a Class B Beer Truck Driver, you will be responsible for delivering beer and wine products to customers across the Hudson Valley, Capitol Region, & the Adirondacks of New York.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver beer and wine products to customers in a timely and safe manner.
- Operate a 26' straight box truck or trailer to transport goods.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and communicate with customers as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, customer service, and inventory management.
Requirements
- Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement.
- Current D.O.T. medical card.
- At least 1 year of local driving experience (preferred not required).
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal highway rules and DOT regulations.
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs. (half kegs) and work at a good pace.
