Job Description
This Full-Time Class B Beer Truck Driver position is located in the Hudson Valley, NY area. Our drivers are responsible for delivering pre-loaded pallet orders and assembling orders from truckload in a timely and safe manner.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of local driving experience, a valid and clean Class B CDL with air brake endorsement, and a current D.O.T. medical card. Knowledge of local, state, and federal highway rules and DOT regulations is also essential.
- Deliver pre-loaded pallet orders and assemble orders from truckload.
- Maintain a good pace while handling routes with an approximate average of 20 stops.
- Move/lift up to 150 lbs. (half kegs) using a hand truck or pallet jack.
- Work out of a 26' straight box truck or trailer if available.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At Least 1 Year of Local Driving Experience (Preferred not Required)
- Valid and clean Class B CDL with air brake endorsement
- Current D.O.T. medical card
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal highway rules and DOT regulations
- Able to move/lift up to 150 lbs. (half kegs)
