Based in Souderton, PA we are currently seeking Full and Part-time Manufacturing Associates. Craft-Bilt is a 70 year old family-owned business. We manufacture a number of product lines for the residential remodeling industry such as retractable fabric awnings, patio rooms, sunrooms, conservatories, replacement and new construction windows, and aluminum awnings.
- Tasks include cutting, processing, assembly, and packing products in our Door & Window, Fabric Awning, Panel, and/or Shipping departments.
- Work indoors rain or shine.
- Production Hours: Typically Mon. through Fri., 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 40 hours.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age unless in a school sponsored coop program
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Ability to stand/bend/push/pull for the duration of the shift
- Previous manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Ability to read written instructions
- Basic math skills
- Ability to accurately use a tape measure
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs. when working in the Shipping department or occasionally lift up to 70 lbs. in the other departments
- Lift truck experience and/or industrial sewing experience helpful
