Experience : At least two years in a manufacturing environment. Professionalism : High level of customer care and professionalism. Problem Solver : Enjoy troubleshooting and finding solutions. Communication Skills : Strong ability to communicate on the phone and through email. Learning Attitude : Eager to learn about our diverse product lines. Adaptability : Thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Attention to Detail : Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Requirements :
Customer Interaction : Two years of experience communicating with customers / clients via phone and email in a manufacturing setting. Tech-Savvy : Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel, and able to type at least 40 words per minute. Systems Experience : Two plus years with ERP, CRM, or CPQ systems, including BOMS and routings. On-Site Commitment : Ability to work on-site full-time, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday.
