Craft & Crew Hospitality is excited to bring The Block to Rogers, MN! Opening in May, The Block Rogers will be a dog-friendly, community-focused restaurant featuring great food, refreshing drinks, and an inviting atmosphere. We're looking for an energetic and hospitality-driven Guest Experience Manager to help lead our team and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
About the Role:
As the Guest Experience Manager, you'll be the face of The Block Rogers-ensuring every guest feels welcome, taken care of, and eager to return. You'll work closely with our leadership team to maintain exceptional service, oversee front-of-house operations, and lead a team that takes pride in delivering top-notch hospitality. Additionally, with two volleyball courts and a volleyball league launching at The Block Rogers, you'll have the opportunity to help organize and oversee league operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to provide outstanding guest service.
- Be a hands-on presence on the floor, engaging with guests and ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- Work closely with management on hiring, training, and coaching team members.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Oversee and help manage The Block Rogers' volleyball league-coordinating games, sign-ups, and ensuring a great experience for players and spectators.
