Job Summary:

Craft-e-Corner is seeking a skilled Data Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of data management systems across various eCommerce platforms, optimizing data flow, improving reporting capabilities, and supporting data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, monitor, and update data across eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, & & others) and internal databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Create and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to support inventory tracking, sales reporting, and demand forecasting.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate data collection, entry, and integration across multiple eCommerce systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, providing technical support to internal users as needed.
• Implement data security best practices and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
• Perform regular data audits and develop automated solutions to maintain data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
• Document processes, data workflows, and system configurations to ensure clear understanding and maintainability.
• Assist in the integration of third-party applications and data sources with eCommerce systems.
• Provide training and guidance to users on best practices for data management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with data security standards and best practices.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., SQL, JavaScript) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with NetSuite ERP or other ERP systems.
• Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, & internal databases.
• Knowledge of APIs and integrating external systems.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and reporting software.

Salary Range:

• $65,000 to $100,000

Compensation and Benefits:

· Salary Dependent on Skills & Experience

· Permanent full-time salaried position
