Craft-e-Corner is a multi-channel eCommerce retailer of the popular craft brand Cricut. We are seeking a permanent full-time Supply Chain Planner to join our team in our Oshkosh, WI 54904
Compensation and Benefits:
- $60,000 to $100,000

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Create and utilize reports using the NetSuite ERP system and other data sources. Leverage inventory levels, sales velocity, projected demand, promotions, and price adjustments to formulate an optimal weekly ordering plan. These forecasts will also be used to establish a prioritized production schedule for the assembling and shipping of product bundles to best meet demand. The job includes handling extra projects, focusing on improving ordering and production scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented – skilled at identifying data anomalies and formula errors for precise forecasting.
- Utilize supply chain planning software and ERP systems to streamline processes.
- Able to effectively use advanced functions in excel or code for predictive modeling.
- Data analysis – able to manage large volumes of quantitative as well as some qualitative complex data for analysis and evaluation to make effective predictive decisions.
- Can systematically adjust forecast quantities based on price changes.
- Able to use or learn AI tools to facilitate the analysis of large complex data sets.
- Predictive modeling– able to create and update accurate forecast models and adjust forecasts based on anomalies in data such as items being out of stock or changes in other market forces.
- Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between supply planning, procurement, and sales objectives.
- Manage supply chain disruptions effectively and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
- Fast-paced - Comfortable with a challenging and demanding environment. Able to manage multiple tasks and urgent demands at any given point.

Required Work experience:
- 3 years of experience in supply chain, predictive analytics, forecasting, or related field
Preferred Experience
- e-commerce retail
- NetSuite ERP software
- Java Script, Python, or other coding experience
Background/Education:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in statistics, data science, economics, information technology, supply chain, mathematics, or a related field.
