Craft Hair Studio is seeking a friendly, organized, and efficient Salon Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is crucial in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for greeting clients, answering service-related inquiries, booking and confirming appointments, managing phone lines, processing transactions, and assisting with general administrative tasks. Your positive attitude and customer service skills will help create a memorable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Will train the right person.
We are looking for someone to work Tuesday & Thursday 12pm -5pm and Wednesday 10am-5pm.
- Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet clients upon arrival.
- Book and confirm appointments via phone and email.
- Process transactions (cash and credit cards).
- Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services, and schedule appointments based on availability.
- Manage phone lines and take detailed notes for each stylist.
- Maintain a tidy and organized salon environment.
- Perform other tasks that help the salon run smoothly and ensure customers feel welcome and valued.
- Run errands as needed (must have a car).
