About the Role: Director of Human Resources
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to join our team. This key leadership position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and driving initiatives that support Craft Health’s mission and goals. The Director of HR will develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and drive operational excellence.
- Lead recruitment and staffing efforts to support the company’s continued expansion and growth, ensuring top talent acquisition.
- Oversee benefits administration, ensuring programs are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements, including FMLA.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize HR operations and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Manage organizational design and workforce planning to maximize efficiency and support strategic business objectives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to HR team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring effective team performance.
- Conduct thorough data collection and analysis to support data-driven HR decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and effectively manage workers' compensation claims.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overarching business goals, acting as a strategic advisor.
- Communicate HR initiatives and updates to key stakeholders, promoting transparency and organizational engagement.
- Research and maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations across multiple states to mitigate risk and ensure consistency.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10 years' experience (preferred) in senior-level HR roles with a demonstrated track record of effective leadership and strategic impact.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and workers’ compensation processes.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and related technologies is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, fostering collaboration, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to mediate disputes, address workplace challenges constructively, and maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.
