Key Responsibilities :
Lead the design and architecture of complex electromechanical systems, ensuring solutions align with system goals.
Translate high-level system requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary engineering teams (software, mechanical, controls) to ensure seamless integration.
Oversee compliance with regulatory standards, including CE and UL certifications.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.
Manage system schedules, budgets, and development efforts using agile methods (e.G., Jira).
What We're Looking For :
Education : Bachelor's in Robotics, Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience : 13-20 years in systems architecture, including five years in high-level design and leadership.
Technical Expertise : Proficiency in requirements management tools (Jama preferred) and protocols like REST APIs, RS-232, and CAN.
Skills : Strong organizational and communication abilities, and experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

Experience with PLC architecture, C / C programming, and network systems development.
