About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Technician to join our team at Craft Recruiting. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production machinery and equipment, as well as troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
You will work closely with machine operators to ensure machines are running safely and properly, and communicate issues with machines to production management when necessary. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong working knowledge of machinery and mechanical equipment, as well as excellent communication skills.
As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for minimizing downtime through effective PM procedures and management. You will also be responsible for keeping designated machinery in running condition, and communicating issues with machines to production management when necessary.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is able to meet all physical requirements of the job. You must be able to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Additionally, you must be able to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required by the workload.
