Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Craft Recruiting. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment.
In this role, you will work independently or with industry specialists to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with production machinery. You will also be responsible for setting up, running, troubleshooting, and tearing down production machinery, as well as maintaining designated machinery in running condition.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong working knowledge of machinery and mechanical equipment, as well as excellent communication skills. You will work closely with machine operators to ensure machines are running safely and properly, and communicate issues with machines to production management when necessary.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is able to meet all physical requirements of the job. You must be able to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Additionally, you must be able to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required by the workload.
