Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Working independently or with industry specialists to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with production machinery
- Setting up, running, troubleshooting, and tearing down production machinery
- Maintaining designated machinery in running condition
- Minimizing downtime through effective PM procedures and management
- Communicating issues with machines to production management when necessary
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong working knowledge of machinery and mechanical equipment, as well as excellent communication skills. You will work closely with machine operators to ensure machines are running safely and properly.

You must be able to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Additionally, you must be able to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required by the workload.
