Assist skilled craftsperson(s) by performing supportive duties as directed and will work under immediate supervision. The level and degree of job responsibilities and requirements vary depending on months of experience and assigned job step.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties
- Learn to read blueprints and specification to determine the scope of work : locations, quantities, and sizes of materials required.
- Learn to identify all tools required for tasks and measure, mark, and cut required wooden / metallic materials to required specifications.
- Assist skilled craftsman to erect and disassemble scaffolding for buildings and other structures and installs ladders, handrails, walkways, platforms, and gangways.
- Assist with construction, re-enforcement, and dismantling pre-constructed scaffolds.
- Assist with buildin and constructing wooden Scaffolds and auxiliary items.
- Perform work involving rigging of equipment loads.

Requirements
so should be able to stand, walk, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and / or crawl
weather conditions
required equipment / work areas (may exceed 200 feet), so must be able to climb and
maintain balance on formwork, steel formwork, stairs, ladders and scaffolds
