As a skilled and experienced site supervisor lead, you will oversee the layout, productivity, and quality of items in support of our projects. You will direct and supervise all disciplines, ensuring accurate execution according to project specifications and drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement task plans that meet or exceed project requirements.
- Enforce safety practices, policies, and procedures among craft workers.
- Conduct regular toolbox meetings to communicate safety concerns, work scope, plans, and schedules.
- Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and supervisor to ensure adequate supply of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Track and report quantities of work accomplished on a daily/weekly basis.
Qualifications:
- Ability to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces (may exceed 200 ft).
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required by workload.
- Valid state-issued driver's license may be required.
