We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead to oversee the layout, productivity, and quality of items in support of our projects. The successful candidate will direct and supervise all disciplines, ensuring accurate layout and quality checks according to project specifications and drawings.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform task planning, safety practices, policies, and procedures to safely and efficiently carry out assigned work.
- Train/teach safety practices, policies, and procedures to craft workers under supervision.
- Conduct tool box meetings and communicate safety concerns, work scope, plans, and schedules to crews.
- Plan and communicate with warehouse, purchasing, and supervisor to ensure adequate supply of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor and report quantities of work accomplished on a daily/weekly basis.
Requirements:
- Able to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces (may exceed 200 ft).
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Able to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required by workload.
- May require a valid state-issued driver's license.
