Duties
- Coordinate the flow of food orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure all orders are accurate and complete.
- Monitor food presentation and quality before it leaves the kitchen, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, including cooking, plating, and garnishing dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and expediting area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Support kitchen staff during peak hours by helping with various tasks such as food handling and banquet setup.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests from guests promptly.
