About the Job:

As a Business Services Coach, you'll be responsible for responsible for delivery of culturally competent [small] business coaching and lead workshops to high-mission clients to address barriers of accessing capital to grow their businesses. Target borrowers include small and medium for profit and nonprofit businesses, particularly those owned by people of color, women, veterans, LGBTQ , and immigrants, who are unable to qualify for loans from traditional financial institutions. The Business Services Coach instills knowledge and confidence in those we serve so they can experience financial dignity.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 and is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual pay will depend on experience. This position is FLSA status exempt. We offer hybrid work flexibility, and employees have access to physical offices in Seattle and Spokane, Washington, and Portland and Astoria, Oregon. Employees may take advantage of flex/alternative work schedules.
