What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Lending Director position at Craft3?
As the Commercial Lending Director (CLD) you will provide overall leadership and direction to Craft3 Commercial Lenders and manage the efficacy of the commercial lending process. The CLD ensures the quality and effectiveness of business development activities are consistent with Craft3’s strategic plan. Incumbent is responsible for the direct supervision of commercial lenders with varying degree of experience and skill sets, as well as supervision and mentorship of senior lenders with direct reports. The CLD guides commercial lenders in their efforts to meet production goals, ensuring quality credit analysis and underwriting.
