Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our culinary team. As a crucial part of our kitchen operations, you will ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized efficiently. Your role will support our chefs and kitchen staff in maintaining a clean and organized environment, which is essential for delivering exceptional food service to our guests.

Duties

• Operate dishwashing machines and hand-wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as required, including prepping ingredients for cooking.
• Help in the overall cleanliness of the kitchen by cleaning surfaces, floors, and equipment.
• Support the culinary team during busy service periods by bussing tables and assisting with banquet setups.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely cleaning of dishes to support efficient food service.

Experience

• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and culinary practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service are essential for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.72 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
