As our workload increases, we are looking for a MOTIVATED HOME STAGER to join our team and lead in both creative and logistical tasks.
Job Overview
The Home Stager will play a critical role in leading both the operational and design aspects of home staging side of our business. This dynamic role involves independence and confidence to conduct face-to-face marketing of the services and grow the staging sector of the company. This role will fully lead and manage staging projects, inventory, coordinate logistics, and execute design tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, driven, adaptable, and passionate about interior decorating, with the physical capability to handle manual tasks.
Design Support
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of staged properties.
- Source and organize furnishings, decor, and accessories for projects from the warehouse.
- Assist in sourcing new furnishing as needed for projects, meeting the budgetary requirements.
- Maintain and implement the company’s aesthetic standards in all staging and design tasks
Operations Support
- Organize and manage inventory in the warehouse, ensuring furniture and decor are in good condition and ready for use.
- Coordinate with movers, vendors, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track furniture and decor logistics, including pickups, deliveries, and returns.
- Support project scheduling and maintain timelines for staging and design projects.
General Duties
- Perform administrative tasks, including vendor communication and ongoing client updates and negotiations.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all materials are accounted for.
- Provide hands-on assistance with physical tasks such as lifting, moving furniture, and preparing items for staging.
Qualifications:
- Passion for home staging.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills.
- Ability to take charge and work independently to proactively determine what needs to be done and complete tasks.
- Physical capability to lift and move furniture and decor items as needed.
- Adaptable and able to handle both creative and operational responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency with basic tools like Microsoft Office; experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, or DesignFiles) is a bonus.
- Enjoys creating social media posts and videos/reels.
- This position is in person- not remote.
