The Entry Level Events Assistant at Craftexcom supports the planning and execution of company events, including corporate meetings and product launches. This role involves coordinating event logistics, managing vendor communications, and assisting in on-site operations to ensure events run smoothly.
Pay range :
21.50 - $31.50 hourly

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation arrangements.
- Support the events team in creating event timelines and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Help with on-site event setup and breakdown, ensuring all materials and equipment are in place and functioning properly.
- Engage with attendees during events, providing information and assistance to create a welcoming environment.
- Maintain inventory of event supplies and materials, ensuring all necessary items are ordered and available before events.
- Assist in post-event evaluations and feedback collection to improve future events and strategies.
