As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings
Pay range : $18.50 - $30.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and logistics of events from inception to completion.
- Support event planning by conducting research and gathering relevant information.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure all event needs are met.
- Assist in the preparation of event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.
- Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all equipment and supplies are organized.
- Help manage guest registrations and provide on-site support during events.
- Collect feedback from attendees and provide reports to improve future events.
