Job Summary

CraftMark has been in business since 1959 here in Fort Worth. CraftMark is a leader in industrial screen and digital printing of Signs, Labels, Stickers, Tags and Markers. We are looking to expand our screen printing department by accepting applications for the following:

Screen Printers - clamshell operators

Screen Printers- 6 color M&R Conquest UV operators

Screen exposing, stretching and cleaning. ( we use roller-frames)

Management

UV ink mixing

General help.

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our creative team. We do not print textiles. We print on vinyl, Lexan, Polyester &Metals. This role requires a blend of technical skill and artistic vision, making it perfect for individuals passionate about the printing industry and digital art.

Responsibilities

• Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various materials.
• Prepare screens for printing by applying emulsion and exposing designs accurately.
• Set up and adjust printing machines to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
• Collaborate with designers to understand project specifications and desired outcomes.
• Maintain color consistency throughout production runs by monitoring ink quality and adjusting as necessary.
• Conduct quality checks on printed products to ensure they meet established standards.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process, making necessary adjustments to equipment or techniques.
• Keep the workspace organized and clean, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
