Crafts Inc. is a 100% employee-owned company that has pledged to be a leader in the roof construction industry for over 75 years and is now filling positions for our upcoming 2025 summer roofing season!
Do you like working outside? Not afraid of heights? And enjoy working as a team? If so, then we have a position for you. The roofing positions involve installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial (flat) roofs throughout northeast Wisconsin.
These summer, temporary, and full-time positions are through the months of May -August.
Roofing Opportunities:
- Entry Level
- Seasonal (summer) positions - High school graduates and college students are encouraged to apply.
- Our Ideal Candidates:
- 18 years or older
- Available to work Monday through Friday with some overtime
- Available to work May through August (some flexibility)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Drivers’ License preferred
- Willingness to learn – “No Experience Necessary”
- Work with the crew in a safe, organized, and productive environment
- Operate construction hand tools and other equipment (We will train)
We Offer

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: From $22.01 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
