About Us:
The Craftsbury Outdoor Center (COC) is a community-focused athletic training facility and outdoor destination located on a lakeside campus in Craftsbury, Vermont. Your familiarity with and enthusiasm for working and playing in a small and rural community will help the COC achieve our Mission:
- To support and promote participation and excellence in lifelong sports with a special focus on Rowing, Cross Country Skiing, Biathlon and Running.
- To use and teach sustainable practices. To protect and manage the surrounding land, lake and trails.
Position Summary:
At Craftsbury Outdoor Center, we are an industry leader in providing unique lodging experiences for our outdoor enthusiast guests. Our goal is to consistently provide clean and organized environments for our guests that will maintain and strengthen our reputation as a superior hospitality provider.
Pay:
The starting pay for this position is $18 per hour.
How to succeed in this role:
You will understand this is an entry-level role. You will have a direct impact on the lodging experience we provide for our guests. You will feel comfortable with tasks such as making beds, cleaning bathrooms and toilets, vacuuming and dusting, laundry, trash removal, restocking supplies, and interacting with our guests, visitors, and employees. This position requires a flexible schedule, with a willingness and availability to work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
